Ingredients:-
For the filling:-
2 cubs processed cheese, grated
Mozzarella Cheese
1 Capsicum, finely chopped
1 Onion, finely chopped
Spring Onion Greens
1 Cup celery
1 Green Chilli, finely chopped
1 tsp. Mixed Herbs
Salt
1 tbsp. Black Pepper

For the Paratha:-
Wheat Dough
Butter


Method:-
1. In a bowl mix all the filling ingredients and well.
2. Flatten the dough with a rolling pin and add the filling on it.
3. Then roll out the paratha again and roast on the pan applying butter.
